By accessing the Website and joining the Channel, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using the Website and participating in the Channel.

1. Services Offered

1.1 The Website provides forex trading signals and educational content to its members through the Channel on Telegram.

1.2 The Channel is offered in partnership with a broker (“Partner Broker”). We assist clients in setting up trading accounts with the Partner Broker and provide guidance on joining and depositing funds.

1.3 It is clarified that we do not hold clients’ funds, and any financial transactions are directly between clients and the Partner Broker.

1.4 We do not provide financial advice or expertise. The trading signals and educational content provided are for informational purposes only. Clients are solely responsible for their own trading decisions and should seek independent financial advice if needed.

2. Commission and Payments

2.1 Our services are provided free of charge to clients who choose to join and trade with the Partner Broker. We receive a commission from the Partner Broker when clients deposit and trade through their trading accounts.

2.2 Clients who do not wish to join the Partner Broker have the option to subscribe to the Channel by paying a monthly or lifetime subscription fee via the Telegram Bot provided by our support team.

3. Client Obligations

3.1 Clients are required to provide accurate and up-to-date information when setting up their trading accounts with the Partner Broker.

3.2 Clients are responsible for their trading decisions and any financial outcomes resulting from those decisions. We are not liable for any losses incurred through trading activities.

4. Privacy and Data Security

4.1 We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Our Privacy Policy outlines our practices regarding data collection, use, and disclosure. By using the Website and participating in the Channel, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

5.2 Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

6.2 Clients can terminate their participation in the Channel at any time by following the procedures outlined in the Telegram Bot or by contacting our support team.
